It’s been very warm, brain frying warm. 4 days of rehearsals and gigs. All good stuff but way too hot but I made it through.
Gigs and Things.
It has been interesting this weekend. I managed to do over 3 consecutive days a 3 hour rehearsal plus two 120 minutes gigs as it actually turned out and on hot days.I feel a bit tired but not more than I would have done back in the day. So perhaps I can cope with doing a bit more for a little while longer yet? I would not want to do any epic drives but local stuff (20 to 50 miles) seems doable so far. Very good feedback generally on Sundays gig in particular so that’s encouraging at least. The main limitation with getting gigs is that the band members don’t want to travel too far which is understandable.
I have had fairly productive week, but today has also been a slow one with not much occuring.
