In honor of Essex Legend Nick Garner we only played three tunes in the second set -very extended improvisations on our trance tunes – Zen Hoe Down & Rock of Ages and a short hoe down encore – the people loved it and we have some repeat bookings – what did it sound like? A blend of world music / old-time American roots / modal jazz / folk and…well it sounded very different. We’ll be bringing out this line-up for certain special gigs, so watch this space
