I played at Waltham Abbey Folk Club last night and had a very nice time. It’s a very different experience being completely acoustic so you just have to project as much as possible. Having done this a few times I am sort of getting used to it, but as a rule playing usually with amplification  it’s very different as the room you are in totally defines the sound.

Basically UK Public Schools (as in private fee paying for our international audience) Fuck you up mentally it’s says here.
Not only that, but its a design feature, an inherent part of the system. Well its not really news is it, but it explains a lot.
No wonder a lot of Europeans think we are weird…

And why we are doomed….

Think I might actually buy this book.
