I wonder what you have in store for me then. \u00a0Suns out and I have a Delta Ladies<\/a> gig to play this afternoon in Sandridge, which is just \u00a0a tad to the NE of St Albans. \u00a0Its threatening to rain though so fingers crossed it won’t be too bad it it does. My mood is still scraping along the bottom most of the time. I need to try and get free of it somehow. many of the usual techniques are just not working though I am sort of keeping ploughing on just about.
\nI suppose its a classic symptom of depression but I can’t summon up enthusiasm for anything much and I am pretty much running on autopilot. \u00a0Functional with glazed eyes would be a suitable description of my demeanor now. \u00a0My life so far far can be dived quite neatly into decades, and my present circumstances have not changed much over the last \u00a010 years, so something is due for a change I think. \u00a0I have no idea what though.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
