Not too good at all.  Yep, today got cancelled. I had heat exhaustion\/heat stroke come on last night might also have been compounded by anxiety too. mixture of both perhaps? Been in bed most of today. May not be on the gig tomorrow dependent on how I feel. very unpleasant experience. Fortunately air on is helping keep the flat Ok ish temperature when run continuously it really makes a difference. Maybe the time for need some meds again though for anxiety and bi-polar stuff I think. This years been bad for getting triggered by stuff generally. <br><br>Here is a song.
