My sister will try and visit from Wednesday if she is well enough. I will be carrying on with music doings today. Might get some new plants for the balcony tomorrow.  And we did so fingers crossed. Strangely now our small triangle park opposite is also being tended, with two  new trees to replace the ones that died  and some new plants in the circular beds. It&#8217;s interesting to note that according to Good Law Project none of evidence submitted to the supreme court was actually considered in the judgement. <a href=\"https:\/\/goodlawproject.org\/the-supreme-court-ignored-trans-voices-im-ashamed-of-what-our-law-has-become\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/goodlawproject.org\/the-supreme-court-ignored-trans-voices-im-ashamed-of-what-our-law-has-become\/<\/a> &#8220;we did persuade the two architects of the Gender Recognition Act that created that certificate to intervene: an academic, Stephen Whittle, and until she resigned because of what she experienced as a judge, our only \u201cout\u201d trans High Court judge, Victoria McCloud. Both trans, both with a gender recognition certificate. Three barristers worked on their intervention \u2013 two are now KCs \u2013 and they spent hundreds of hours and many tens of thousands of pounds working on it. We funded them. But without even giving reasons, the Supreme Court flatly refused. And they were left with not even one trans person before them. And then it got worse. They didn\u2019t just listen to the legal arguments of those organisations. They also accepted fresh evidence from them, evidence that was never tested, evidence that would have been vigorously tested. Except the Supreme Court refused to allow anyone trans to test it.&#8221; I believe it will be resolved, but the judgement is it seems being used in a way that was never intended for political ends is a very poor show. For a change today I am not depressed, I am just saddened and disappointed as they say&#8230;.<br>I have to say from some of the rhetoric I have heard it does seem like an attempt to ghettoise and disenfranchise Trans people. I have not seen any high profile people Ts folk being interviewed on the box either.<a href=\"https:\/\/goodlawproject.org\/the-supreme-court-ignored-trans-voices-im-ashamed-of-what-our-law-has-become\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/goodlawproject.org\/the-supreme-court-ignored-trans-voices-im-ashamed-of-what-our-law-has-become\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">goodlawproject.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other news. Not sure what to do about my lack of live music opportunities&#8217;. I don&#8217;t really see myself as a perpetual peripatetic open mic attendee. Plus there is no doubt that physically my options are limited in term of energy to drive about and stuff. With music I now find less is more say in terms of recording and producing a song. This seems to be the correct approach as born out by results in the last couple of years. Recently I hit a record in the number of daily plays of my music online. 934 plays of one song in particular stood out. Blimey! Mostly USA and wait for it&#8230;..
