My cars still undecided as to if it should stay or go.  Decisions, decisions I don&#8217;t know.  My mind is wandering over hill and dale as ever and I am as conflicted and confused  as ever too.  Infact its just another normal day really.  Today I was recording with the Jon Bickleys Invisible Folk  Club Band at a secret location between Luton and  Hitchin  and a Jolly fine time was had by all too.  Hurrah! The trip there was pleasant in the autumn sunshine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funny thing. I woke up aching and very stiff, as soon as I went out and started driving it went away and I was fine whilst we were playing and recording. Weird or what, so I wonder how much of the pain triggers are psychological?
