Covid has finally got me, I have mild run ins with it before, in fact I have had it about 4 times before this but not felt ill. The first time was not too good though. Thats was back in 2020 in pre- vaccination days. Unfortunately this time it’s crept up on me and got me. I was supposed to be playing a gig on Saturday but it was not to be. Fingers crossed that it does not hang around too long but I suspect this week is a write off. We are also having a couple of days of very high temperature, up to 40c.
