I have lost most of the rather limited confidence that I had left. My self-esteem has pretty much dropped to zero. I really don&#8217;t feel confident to do anything now.  I have been lurking in my studio\/music room\/den quite a bit as it&#8217;s about the only thing that sufficiently distracts me for any length of time but even that is not working anymore.  <br><br>So here&#8217;s a tune  I recorded recently based on a song I wrote earlier in the year.
