Anyone can call these helplines, at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These helplines offer similar support to a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mind.org.uk\/information-support\/guides-to-support-and-services\/crisis-services\/crisis-teams-crhts\/\">crisis team<\/a>.
